Under the supervision of the Program Director of The International Institute for the Brain (iBRAIN), with wide latitude for independent judgment and decision-making, the Neuropsychologist will oversee the neuropsychological assessing, evaluating, and diagnosing of clients, exploring different treatments and their effectiveness on diminishing brain functionality, and researching to advance our understanding of brain injury and brain-based conditions that impact cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Desirable attributes include clinical experience with acquired brain injury, management of interdisciplinary teams, a strong foundation of research skills, keen strategic focus. The successful individual is a natural leader who fosters an environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement, effective, transparent communication with key constituents and stakeholders, and accountability for results. The Neuropsychologist works closely with the staff, Board Members, parents, donors, doctors, educators, therapists, media, and the brain injury community at-large.
